Information you give us

When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, work email, company, phone number and a description of your project.

The on-site assistant answers from pre-written replies inside your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or stored by us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

We store one preference cookie and a matching local-storage entry (vnxt_locale) to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

To reply to you, scope and price your project, prepare proposals and contracts, deliver and invoice our services, and keep the website secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us operate: website hosting (Vercel), fonts (Google), call scheduling, email and messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

We work from Argentina and our providers operate largely in the United States, so your information may be processed in both countries. We use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and run our relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract, tax or legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to mario@v-next.ai. We answer within 30 days. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can exercise the rights those laws grant, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Under Argentine Law 25,326, the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority and handles complaints about personal data.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending passwords or other secrets through email or chat.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
