Information on this site

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer that can be accepted, and it does not create a client relationship.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes. Our current rates are $150/hour for a Principal Architect and $100/hour for a Senior Engineer. Totals in the pricing table and configurator assume 40 hours per person per week and 4 weeks per month. We may update rates; the rate in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.

Estimates from the configurator and answers from the on-site assistant are automated and indicative. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not binding.

Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a written agreement (a master services agreement and/or statement of work) signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Unless the agreement says otherwise: work is billed in advance per sprint, month or quarter; capacity can be scaled up or paused at the end of each billing period with written notice; once invoices are paid in full, you own the code and deliverables we create for you, excluding our pre-existing tools and third-party or open-source components, which remain under their own licenses; and both parties keep each other's confidential information confidential.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale or use it for unlawful purposes.

The site's design, text, graphics and the v-next.ai name and logo belong to us. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution.

Third-party services

The site links to services we do not control, such as call scheduling, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for services we deliver is governed exclusively by the signed engagement agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, with the courts of the City of Buenos Aires having jurisdiction. Engagement agreements may set a different governing law and venue.
